摘要
项目管理模式是影响工程项目成功的关键因素。本文首先探讨了传统工程项目管理模式的不足,然后介绍了近年在发达国家和地区常用的合作伙伴关系模式,并对这一模式的理论研究进行了综述。以合作伙伴关系为代表的联盟模式是工程项目管理发展的一个重要方向。通过对不同管理模式项目内容的比较,总结出联盟类型的管理模式适用于大型的工程项目,并对进一步的研究方向进行了展望。
The project management model is a critical success factor of engineering project. In this paper, we firstly discuss the deficiencies of traditional engineering management models. By introducing the recent used of partnering in construction industry of developed countries and areas, and take an overview into correlative researches. It is concluded that the alliance model such as partnering is a vital trend of engineering project management. The comparison of management scope in different models demonstrates that the alliance model is more appropriate for large-scale engineering projects, and we present further research domain about alliance used in engineering projects.
