摘要
用有限条程序对帽形中间加劲肋在单向均匀受压状态下的加劲性能进行了数值分析.文中详细分析了帽形肋条的刚度、形状尺寸和位置变化对中间加劲板件屈曲应力的影响,以及帽形中间加劲板件的充分加劲刚度的计算.在分析基础上,给出了帽形中间加劲肋合适尺寸的建议,得出了计算充分加劲刚度和考虑肋条位置偏移影响的公式.本文主要结论可供设计和修订设计规范参考.
The performance of flat-hat Stiffeners as longitudinal intermediate stiffener is analyzed numerically by employing finite strip method in this paper. The effects on buckling stress of the changes of the stiffener rigidity, shape, dimension and location, as well as the required adequate stiffening rigidity of flat-hat stiffened plates are put to analysis in details in the paper. On the basis of all these analyses, a reasonable dimension limitation for the flat-hat intermediate stiffeners is given. Besides, formulas to compute required adequate stiffening rigidity and the formula to consider the influence of stiffener location deviation are obtained, in order to provide reference for designs and revision of specifications.
