摘要 利用实验室规模的试验装置实施了垃圾中温热解试验,在400至600℃的条件下热解混合有机垃圾.经测定,热解产生的半焦热解达22460kJ/kg,同时产生了热解气体其热值大约在21000kJ/m3以上,以及含水焦油的热值近15000kJ/kg.热解半焦因其影响熟料烧成的有害成份少又易于加工,可作为替代燃料用于水泥熟料锻烧,热解气体和焦油可作燃料使用为热解提供热量. An experimental project was carried out to dispose solid waste by thermal decomposition, using laboratory facilities. The tests were conducted under temperature ranging from 400 to 600℃ and decomposed solid organic waste mixture of various sources. Measurements indicated that the half-coke produced from thermal decomposition had the heat content of 22460kJ/kg. At he same time, the gases from thermal decomposition had the calorific value of about 21000kJ/m^(3). And the heat content in the water-containing-tar produced was about 15000kJ/kg. The thermal-derived half-coke may be used as fuel because clinker firing for its constituents that are harmful to cement is minor and it is easily handled by conventional jet burners. The thermal decomposed gases and water-containing tar may be used as fuel to offer heat for the thermal process.
