陕西省经济增长方式转变的量化综合评估

A quantitative evaluation: the changing way of the economic growth of Shaanxi Province

在把握经济增长方式转变内容的基础上,用系统的观点设置了一套比较科学、合理、操作性强的评价经济增长方式转变的指标体系及综合评估模型,并以1995—2001年为时间段对陕西省经济增长方式转变程度进行了动态量化综合测评,得出陕西省经济增长的粗放程度仍然很高的结论,并提出政府推进经济增长方式转变应做的主要工作,以期为政府有关部门制定切实可行的对策,推进经济增长方式的转变提供依据.

In the light of the content of the changing way of the economic growth, the article attempts to set up a relatively scientific, reasonable and easily operated index system for evaluating the changing way of the economic growth in a systematic idea and comprehensive model. Taking 1995-2001 as a time period, the article also makes some comprehensive evaluation on the degree of the economic growth to supply some facts to the government department concerned to draw up practical policies and put forward the pattern of the economic growth.
