双稳定核素示踪技术是一种可以安全、准确地测定人体钙吸收率的方法,近年被逐渐用于评价钙剂生物利用度。本文综述了双稳定核素示踪技术的方法学进展,介绍了该技术的原理、特点以及在钙剂生物利用度研究中的应用。

Double stable isotope technique, a safety and accurate method todetermine calcium absorption in humans, has been recently applied to evaluatecalcium bioavailability. Methodology development of this technique was elucidatedin this paper. Principle, advantages, and application in the study of calciumbioavailability were also reviewed.
