摘要
文章重点介绍一种利用变频技术控制节流调速回路中液压泵的输出流量 ,使其等于油缸所需要的流量且保持恒定的控制系统的工作原理及特点。这种控制系统在保持速度稳定性的同时避免了溢流损失 。
The paper introduces principle and feature of a control system in which the flow of output of hydraulic pump in restrictive control circuit is controlled and is equal to the required flow of hydraulic cylinder using frequency conversion technology. In the system, efficiency is raised with keeping the stability of speed and avoiding the loss of overflow.
