摘要
DSRC专用短程通信技术是随着ITS智能交通的发展和EFC[1 ] 电子 (自动 )收费应用的要求而提出发展起来的 。
DSRC was born and developed as the ITS and EFC, the applications of the EFC/ETC needs the Dedicated Short Range Communication (DSRC),so the foundations of the DSRC tech. and the applications of EFC was described in this paper.
