摘要
集成化工模拟系统的意义在于使化工过程的概念设计(包括摸拟、控制、设备估计、经济分析和评价等)实现一体化,这就要求系统在结构上更具有通用性和灵敏性。本文首先对集成模拟系统软件设计进行了描述,给出了系统的数据结构及框架;其次,介绍了这样一个集成模拟系统的模型软件及其应用;最后,讨论了今后该模型系统在几个主要方面的发展前景。
The significance of an integrated chemical process simulator is realization of the integration while in engineering design, including simulation, control, equipment rating and sizing, economic evaluation and investment analysis, etc. This requires the simulator to be designed more generally and flexibly. In this paper, first the software system design for such integration is outlined and it gives a definition of the data structure and programming frame. Then, a prototypical simulator for the integration of process simulation is introduced with the case studies presented. In the finals, development of the integrated chemical process simulator is discussed.
