摘要
利用升流管式A/O反应器(Up-FlowTubeReactor, UFTR)进行了生物除磷的试验研究,并与SBR的效果进行了对比分析。该系统稳定运行三个月的结果表明,对COD、PO3-4 -P和TP的去除率分别达96%、99%和98%以上,优于SBR的处理效果。流态试验表明UFTR反应器的螺旋流动特征使其接近于活塞流反应器,有利于在空间上形成有机物的梯度分布。而且UFTR反应器所形成的微生物生态系统更稳定,污泥指数较低,污泥的稳定性较好。另外还发现:好氧柱内的DO过高或过低对吸磷都不利,为获得较好的除磷效果,应对好氧柱的DO进行适时监测和控制,使DO在2~3mg/L之间。
Tests on phosphorus removal by up-flow tube A/O reactor (UFTR) system are described in this paper.A comparison of the effectiveness of COD and phosphorus removal was also made between UFTR and SBR system.Results of the 3-month stable operation of the system showed that the removal rate of COD,PO3-4 -P and TP was kept over 96%,99% and 98% respectively,which was superior to the SBR system.Tests of hydrodynamics showed that the helicoidal-flow-character of the UFTR reactor make it be similar to plug-flow-reactor,and it is favourable to form gradient distribution of the organism matter.Furthermore,the microbe ecology system of the UFTR reactor is more stable, the sludge volume index (SVI) of the UFTR system was lower, and the stability of the sludge in the UFTR system was higher. In addition,it was also found that it was infeasible to the uptake of phosphorus in the aerobic tube in either the high or low level of DO.In order to achieve high efficiency of phosphorus removal,it was necessary to monitor and control the level of DO in the aerobic tube,and the optimal operating DO and pH of 2-3 mg/L.
