摘要
目的 :分析本地区城乡学龄期儿童的日均摄入能量、发育程度、血脂 (TC、HDL -c、LDL -c)的关系 ,为本地区学龄期儿童的保健及预防冠心病年轻化趋势提供建议。方法 :调查城乡 7~ 12岁 6个年龄组 2 2 2 0名 (每个年龄组分别均是 185名 )儿童的 1周膳食的品种和数量、身高、体重、血脂 ,计算日均摄入能量、罗尔指数、TC、HDL -c、LDL -c的均值 ,并对比分析。结果 :6个年龄组日均摄入能量城市分别为 7.11± 0 .4 3、7.19± 0 .5 7、7.36± 0 .95、8.4 4± 1.12、8.95± 1.6 2、9.80± 1.97兆焦尔 ,乡镇分别为 5 .34± 0 .2 2、5 .5 3± 0 .31、6 .0 2± 0 .37、6 .6 8± 0 .4 1、7.2 2± 0 .77、7.95± 0 .83MJ。罗尔指数城市男童分别为 115 .4 3± 4 .5 6、130 .79± 5 .73、10 0 .89± 3.2 7、12 1.38± 2 .83、12 0 .13± 3.12、112 .97± 3.12 ,乡镇男童分别为 10 0 .17± 1.0 9、10 3.79± 2 .19、10 3.87± 2 .0 9、10 2 .98± 3.15、99.37± 1.79、112 .34± 3.0 3;城市女童分别为 113.31± 4 .14、12 7.5 1± 2 .0 7、10 9.5 6± 5 .0 3、119.2 9± 3.79、117.2 1± 2 .5 9、10 8.83± 3.5 1,乡镇女童分别为 98.93± 2 .4 3、96 .10± 4 .0 7、96 .6 5± 3.83、96 .4 9± 3.0 1、97.2 1± 2 .74。
Objective: To analyze the association between average absorbent energy perday and Rohrer Index and total cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in local urban and rural children of school age,in order to provide some suggestions of children′s healthcare and provent trend of coronary heart disease in youth. Methods: Types and quantity of food within a week,body height,body weight,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C of 2220 local urban and rural children from 7 to 12 years-old(185 children in perage,respectively) were masured. Average absorbent energy perday and Rohrer Index were figured out,the association between them was analized. Rosuths: Average absorbent energy perday of six ages in urban children was7.11±0.43、7.19±0.57、7.36±0.95、8.44±1.12、8.95±1.62、9.80±1.97MJ,respectively,and that in rural children was5.34±0.22、5.53±0.31、6.02±0.37、6.68±0.41、7.22±0.77、7.95±0.83MJ, respectively. Rohrer Index of six ages in urban boies was115.43±4.56、130.79±5.73、100.89±3.27、121.38±2.83、120.13±3.12、112.97±3.12, respectively,and it was 100.17±1.09、103.79±2.19、103.87±2.09、102.98±3.15、99.37±1.79、112.34±3.03 in rural ones,respectively, it was 113.31±4.14、127.51±2.07、109.56±5.03、119.29±3.79、117.21±2.59、108.83±3.51 in urban girls , respectively, it was 98.93±2.43、96.10±4.07、96.65±3.83、96.49±3.01、97.21± 2.74、 108.22±3.21 in rural girls , respectively.Average absorbent energy perday and Rohrer Index of six ages were showed significant height in urban children, respectively(P<0.01, respectively).TC,HDL-C,LDL-C of all cases were normol. 141( 6.35%)obese children were performed in 2220 catases, they(9.25%) were higher in urban children than them(3.42%) in rural ones(P< 0.01),average absorbent energy perday correlated significantly with Rohrer Index (γ=0.32),but TC did not correlate with average absorbent energy perday and Rohrer Index in all obese children(P>0.05). Conclusion:Average absorbent energy perday and Rohrer Index were lower in rural children, but these achieved the goals in urban ones.Proportion of obese children were higher, average absorbent energy perday correlated significantly with Rohrer Index , TC did not correlate with average absorbent energy perday and Rohrer Index in all obese children.
