摘要 目的 :研究On -X双叶机械主动脉瓣膜的临床血流动力学特点。方法 :从 1999年 12月~ 2 0 0 1年 6月 ,以 2 2例应用On-X机械主动脉瓣膜的主动脉瓣替换术病人为研究对象 ,选取同期接受St.Jude双叶机械主动脉瓣 (18例 )和MedtronicHall单叶机械主动脉瓣 (2 0例 )病人为对照组。通过术后体表心动超声和彩色多谱勒检查 ,观察三种人工心脏瓣膜的血流动力学情况。结果 :3组病例术前指标无明显统计学差异 ,均无手术死亡及术后近期死亡发生。术后 3~ 6月心动超声随访 ,On -X组Pmax为 2 0 .3± 6 .2mmHg ,与St.Jude组 2 5 .4± 6 .7mmHg,MedtronicHall组 31.8± 17.0mmHg,有显著统计学差异。 3组Pmean、Vmax和Vmean无统计学差异。结论 :On Objective: To prospectively investigate the hemodynamics of On-X aortic prosthetic valve. Methods: Twenty two patients underwent AVR with On-X aortic valve from February 1999 to June 2001 was set up as study group, patients who received St.Jude mechanical valve and Medtronic Hall mechanical valve at the same duration as control groups (18 cases and 20 cases, respectively). The hemodynamic of On-X bileaflet mechanical heart valve was studied with Doppler echocardiography. Results: There was no significant statistical difference of pre-operative data among three groups. There was no operative mortality and early valve-related comlications in three groups. The peak gradient of On-X valve was the lowest (20.3 vs. 25.4, 31.8mmHg). There were no significance of the mean gradient, the peak and mean velocity among three groups. Conclusion: On-X valve is of excellent hemodynamic.
