胃肠道肿瘤术后经腹腔化疗泵化疗的并发症及对策

Complication of Subcutaneous Placement of Chemotherapy Pump in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Cancer and the Prevention and Treatment Methods

目的 :探讨皮下植入式化疗泵在联合腹腔化疗中的并发症及防治措施。方法 :对 1999年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 12月经治的 186例中晚期胃肠道肿瘤行术中植入化疗泵 ,随访并总结植泵近期及化疗期间的并发症、引起原因及措施。结果 :共出现与化疗泵有关的并发症 2 8例 ,发生率 15 .2 % % ,其中化疗泵周围并发症 12例 ,发生率为 6 .4 % ,包括泵周积液、局部感染、药泵渗漏、导管堵塞及药泵翻转。腹腔内并发症 16例 ,发生率为 8.8% ,包括腹痛、包裹性积液、腹腔感染。结论 :植入式化疗泵引起并发症应引起重视 。

Objective: To evaluate the Complication of subcutaneous placement of chemotherapy pump in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer and the prevention and treatment methods.Methods: 28 patients developed complication among 186 cases,the incidence being 15.2%. In 28 cases,12 cases around chemotherapy pumps,which included hydrops of pump pockets,local infection,etc; 16 cases arise in peritoneal cavity, which included pain in abdoman, infection in peritoneal cavity.etc. Results: From January 1999 to December 2003,186 chemotherapy pumps were implanted in patients with gastrointestinal cancer,the complication and its prevention and treatment methods were observed. Conclusion:We should take into account the complication of subcutaneous placement of chemotherapy pump and adopt proper operation to prevent or treat it.
