贝那普利对老年糖尿病肾病早期尿微量白蛋白排泄率的影响

Effect of Benazepril on urinary minim albumin in patients with senile diabetic nephropathy

目的 研究贝那普利对老年糖尿病肾病 (DN)早期尿微量白蛋白排泄率 (UAE)及肾功能的影响。方法 6 3例随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 33例予贝那普利 5～ 10mg ,qd ,口服 ;对照组 30例予哌唑嗪 0 5～ 1mg ,bid ,口服。观察治疗前、后 2 4hUAE、肾小球滤过率 (GFR)、平均动脉压 (MAP)变化。 结果 治疗组UAE显著减少 (P <0 0 1) ,肾小球高滤过恢复正常 ,并明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。两组治疗后平均动脉压均降至正常。结论 贝那普利在有效降低动脉血压同时具有明显减少早期尿微量白蛋白作用 ,提示对肾脏有保护作用。

Objective To study the effect of benazepril on urine minim albumin in patients with senile diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 63 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.33 patients in the treatment group were treated with benazepril and 30 patients in the control group were treated with furazosin.Two groups were all used tangshiping,vitamin E and curantyl.We observed the changes of UAE,glomerulus filtration rate(GFR) and average artery pressure(MAP) in 24 hours.Results UAE of senile DN was significantly decreased in treatment group(P<0.01).GFR of senile DN was normalized in treatment group(P<0.01).MAP of two groups was normalized.Conclusion Benazepril could significantly decrease urinary excretion of minim albumin and lower blood pressure in patients with senile diabetic nephropathy.It may have effect of benazepril on protecting the kidney.
