摘要
目的 观察丹参酮对离体肺的保护作用。方法 2 4只新西兰兔随机平均分为两组 ,对照组用LPD液行肺动脉灌注和保存 ,实验组用丹参酮加LPD液以同样方法灌注和保存。 18h后观察形态学改变。结果 光镜下两组肺泡、支气管及毛细血管结构完整 ,高倍视野下对照组较实验组肺泡上皮及毛细血管上皮细胞肿胀、肥大 ,少部分组织可见肺泡内有红细胞渗出、间隔增宽等。结论 在LPD液中加入丹参酮 ,能够对离体肺起到更好的保护作用。
Objective The study is to investigate the preservation of tanshinone on isolated lung.Methods 24 New-Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups.In one group,the lungs were perfused and preserved with LPD solution,the others with LPD+tanshinone solution.The isolated lungs were preserved for 18 hours and then reperfused with rewarming whole blood.After reperfusing 30 minutes the lung samples were examined by microscopy.Results In two groups after reperfused,the isolated lungs were fresh,but had partial congestion,edema and ecchymoma under naked eye;under light microscopy the structures of the pulmonary vesiculars,branchia and capillaries were complete,but the epithelial cells of the vesicles and capillaries in the LPD group were more swelling and hypertrophy than those in the LPD+Tanshinone group.Conclusion Tanshinone can clear oxygen free radical and is stronge in antioxidation,which results in alleriating of lung reperfusing injury.The morphologic changes between two groups are not significantly different.Tanshinone has positive effect on preservative quality of the isolated lung.The reperfusing model of extracorporeal rabbit lung is a ideal model.
