帕罗西汀治疗老年性抑郁症

Compared observasion of proxetine on treatment the elder depreesion

目的 观察帕罗西汀治疗老年性抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法 随机选择 99例患者采用 6周的开放给药法 ,以汉密顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)和不良反应量表 (TESS)观察帕罗西汀、阿米替林疗效和不良反应。结果 两药治疗老年性抑郁症的疗效差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但帕罗西汀不良反应明显轻于阿米替林 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 帕罗西汀是治疗老年性抑郁症有效安全的药物。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect and side effects between proxefine and amitriptyline in elder depression.Methods 99 cases accepted amitriptyline or proxetine for 6 weeks,therapeutic effect and side effects assessed were by HAMD and TESS.Results Two drugs were the seme in tharapeutic effect(P>0.05),but were significantly different(P<0.01) in side effects.Conclusion Proxetine is an effective and safe agent in elder depression.
