急诊内镜下尼龙圈结扎术治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血

Treatment of esophagus varicosis rupture bleeding by emergency endoscopic nilon ligation

目的 探讨急诊内镜下尼龙圈结扎治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法 采用Olympus分离式尼龙圈结扎装置 ,对 2 4例食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行急诊内镜下结扎治疗 ,观察其疗效。结果 平均每例结扎 10 2个点 ,急诊止血率为 10 0 % ,曲张静脉基本消失率为 73 7% ,术中未发生严重并发症。结论 急诊内镜下尼龙圈结扎术是一种治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血安全、有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and benefit of endoscopic nilon ligation at emergency in treatment of esophagus varicosis rupture bleeding.Methods 24 patients with esophagus varicosis rupture bleeding were treated by emergency endoscopic ligation with Olympus isolated nilon ligation equipment.The treatment results were observed.Results The average ligation points was 10.2 per patient,and the emergency hemostasis rate of esophagus varicosis rupture bleeding was 100%,and the basic disappearance rate of varicotic vein was 73.7%.No severe complications were observed during operation.Conclusion Emergency endoscopic nilon ligation is a new method to treat esophagus varicosis rupture bleeding with good safety profile and efficacy.It's valuable to promote it in clinical practice because of simple procedure,easy operation and low price.
