目的 总结重度颅脑损伤并发多脏器损伤的临床特点 ,以提高救治水平。方法 对 6 0例重度颅脑损伤合并其他器官损伤患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果 重度颅脑损伤并发多脏器损伤的预后取决于颅脑损伤的性质及其严重程度 ,并与受累器官数和严重程度有密切关系。结论 尽快明确诊断 ,针对威胁生命的主要原因辨证施治是救治成功的关键。

Objective To further understand clinical characteristics of the heavy craniocerebral injury associated with the other organ injuries.Methods We reviewed and analyzed the data of the 60 cases of heavy craniocerebral injuries combined with the other organ injuries.Results The prognosis of this disease was decided by the kind that craniocerebral injury and its serious degree,as well as the nubmer of the combined organ injuries and the serious degree.Conclusion An earlier definite diagnosis and to manage the injury theatering the life mostly are nost important for treatment.
