Surgical treatment of congenital coronary arterial fistula

目的 探讨先天性冠状动脉瘘临床特点及手术方法。方法 先天性冠状动脉瘘 7例 ,全部在全麻低温体外循环下行手术治疗。结果 全组无死亡 ,1例术后并发败血症。随诊 2～ 10年 ,无远期死亡及并发症。结论 体外循环下手术治疗先天性冠状动脉瘘安全有效 ,远期效果良好。少数患者可选用介入治疗。

Objective To summerize surgical treatments of congenital coronary arterial fistula in our hospital,then elucidate its clinical characteristics and treatment strategy.Methods 7 patients were operated on for coronary arterial fistula and coexisting cardiac malformation under hypothemic aneasthesia with cardiopulmonary bypass.Results There was operative motality and morbility.The mean follow-up period was 5.63 years.Conclusion Congenital coronary arterial fistula is rare.Early surgical treatment under extracorporeal circulation is safe and efficient.
