通过对国内外大企业并购重组几种典型案例的分析,指出国内外大企业在成功并购重组中都具有很强的目的性,如企业的战略转移、低成本扩张、专业化和优势互补。强调这些典型案例对石油化工企业的并购重组有一定的借鉴意义,应鼓励优秀企业间的"强强联合",可以做到优势互补,资源共享,降低生产经营成本,扩大企业生产规模,增强企业的国际竞争力。

Through study on cases of mergers and reorganization among major multinational compa-nies, it' s found that they intensified moves to-ward successful reorganization or mergers in order to realize specific targets such as specialization of business and expansion with low cost. The cases provide domestic petrochemical companies helpful experiences that mergers can be successful to in-crease competitiveness only all parts concerned share their resources and reduce operation cost.
