以具体事例介绍了中国石化山西阳泉石油分公司在实施HSE管理体系过程中的体会和感受:领导重视是体系建立的组织保障;全员参与使每个职工真正做到认知危害,为控制危害打下基础;做好风险评估是风险控制的前提,风险控制是持续改进的关键;只有持续改进HSE工作业绩,才能把HSE工作搞得更好。
HSE practice and experience of SIN-OPEC Shanxi Yangquan Oil Company is intro-duced. In the course of introducing HSE, recogni-tion of leaders is the guarantee of establishing HSE system. Participation of staff is the base of peril control and risk appraisal is the precondition of peril control. Peril control is the key to continuous im-provement of HSE performance.
