摘要
天然气加工系统本身比较庞大和复杂 ,其过程模拟涉及面广 ,难度较大 ,无论是在过程模拟的理论基础上 ,还是在模拟技术的运用上 ,都有许多值得发展的地方。本文介绍了天然气加工系统工艺技术模拟分析的基本方法 ,建立了天然气加工系统的抽象模拟模型 ,并将过程系统理论引入到天然气加工系统的操作型模拟中 ,编制计算机程序求解 ,对实际的某天然气加工厂进行了模拟计算 。
The theory and the application of simulation technology needed further development because natural gas processing system was relatively complex and its simulation was relatively difficult. In this paper, the method to simulate a natural gas processing system was introduced, the abstract simulation model of natural gas processing system was built and the sequential modular approach was introduced into the simulation. The calculation program was developed and relatively accurate result was achieved when this method was used in a sample simulation of an actual natural gas processing plant.
