摘要
对硫磺回收催化剂活性评价方法作了初步介绍 ,并指出了常用评价方法存在的若干不足之处。从评价装置加热炉、装置水蒸汽携带方式、催化剂老化试验、催化剂活性评估方法等方面提出了改进常用评价方法的设想。采用新的评价方法后 ,反应器催化剂床层温升将更小、水蒸汽含量将更稳定 ,新鲜催化剂的转化率和老化处理后的催化剂转化率都将比旧评价方法要稳定得多。另外 ,新评价方法使用的“苛刻水热老化”处理方法 ,使处理后的催化剂催化性能更接近工厂中使用 3年后的催化剂的真实情况 。
The article introduced the activity evaluation method of sulfur recovery catalysts and indicated the shortages of the traditional evaluation method. The author proposed an assumption to improve the traditional method via furnace, vapor injection mode, catalysts aging test and catalysts activity estimation method. With the new evaluation method, smaller temperature raising in the catalysts bed was gained, the vapor content and the convertion rate of new catalysts and aged catalysts were more stable than before. In addition, after treated with the new “rigor hydro-thermo-aging” method, the catalysts activity approached a real 3-year used condition in the factory. Therefore the proposed method could simulate the catalysts aging test preferably.
