摘要 对碳酸岩地层进行酸化处理 ,通过在近井地带产生酸蚀孔洞 ,是对油水井恢复或增产的一种极其重要的工艺措施。为了满足油井增产、水井增注的需要 ,研制了一种由酸、柴油、非离子和阳离子表面活性剂配制而成的新型的油包酸抗高温乳化酸 ,该乳化酸可在 10 0℃左右稳定使用。室内测试结果表明 ,该乳化酸在缓速、防腐蚀、热稳定性、泵送等方面性能优良 ,而且 ,该乳化酸价格便宜、容易制备。 Acidizing treatments in carbonate formations is of paramount importance to restore or to stimulate the near-wellbore area by creating wormholes. In order to meet the needs of stimulation of oil production and augmented injection, a new acid/oil type emulsified acid has been developed. It is stable up to 100℃.The system are mixtures of acid, diesel oil, nonionic and cationic surface active agents. The tests include thermal stability, retarding effect, rheology, phase behavior, anti-corrosion experiments etc. Laboratory tests results show that this emulsified acid have advantages in retarded-acidizing, anti-corrosion, thermal stability, pumping and so on. It is cheap, easy to make, and safe to be used in oil fields.
