降酚优势菌处理含酚废水的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 从茂名石化公司污水处理厂的活性污泥及生活污水中逐步筛选出 3株降酚优势菌 ,通过对其特性研究表明 ,温度高有利于菌种的降酚速率 ;pH值在 6 .5~ 8.5之间有利于菌种的生长 ;菌液比为 1∶10时较有利于菌种扩繁 ;苯酚浓度低时菌种降解污染物的速率提高 ;3株降酚菌在降酚的同时也具有降低COD值、硫、氨氮等污染物的特性 ; The three strains of phenol-resistant super bacteria W 1, W 2, M 2, for phenol degradation have been gained gradually from the activated sludge and domestic sewage of wastewater treatment workshop in Maoming Refinery. The research results showed that at temperature 15~50℃, the rates of phenol degradation was increased as temperature raised; Within the pH 6.5~8.5, the vitality of W 1,W 2 and M 2 was high, and their phenol degradation rate would reach 100% in 24 hours at pH 8.5; at 1:10 of the inoculated density, all of the super bacteria could grow well and had a good practical economy result; Richer nourishment conditions could favor degradation rate not only for phenol, but also for sulphur, ammonium compounds, and the COD, etc.; When the phenol concentration was low(about 100 mg/L), its degradation for W 1,W 2,M 2 could be completed in 6 hours.
