摘要 与生物系统相关的发光是研究生命现象的重要信息,体现了生物体的生命状态。通过对荧光信号、化学发光信号或超微弱光子辐射的探测,可以了解生物体内在的特点。本文对生物系统的发光原理和不同种类生物发光的应用领域进行了简单概述。随着光电检测技术的进步,生物发光将会得到更加深入的研究和推广,在发光机理和技术应用方面得到迅速发展。 The emission of the living system, bioluminescence, is the important information about the life. It is a symbol of thecondition of the creature. The characteristics of the biological system can be accumulated by fluorescence, chemiluminescence, or ultra-weak photon emission of the creature. In this paper, a brief introduction to the principle of different kinds of bioluminescence and theirapplications is provided. Along with the improvement of the opto-electronics detection technology, the research on bioluminescence willget much more efficient tools and make much progress on the study of the luminescence principle and their applications.
