Relationship between von Willebrand factor and microvascular complications in type 2 diabetic patients

在109例2型糖尿病患者及56名正常人中,测定血浆vonWillebrand因子(vWF)水平。糖尿病患者血浆因子vWF水平较正常人明显升高(P<0.01),糖尿病无微血管并发症患者的尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)尚在正常范围时已见vWF升高,提示糖尿病患者存在血管内皮功能损伤,vWF升高可能先于UAER出现。

The plasma von Willebrand factor (vWF) level was measured in 109 type 2 diabetic patients and 56 healthy subjects. The plasma vWF level was significantly higher in diabetic patients than that in healthy subjects (P<0.01), suggesting that there is vascular endothelium injury in diabetic patients and the plasma vWF level seems to be increased before urinary albumin excretion rate rises.
