用^(13)N-氨正电子断层显像诊断腺垂体功能减退症的初步结果 被引量:1

A preliminary application of dynamic ^(13)N-NH_3 positron emission tomography imaging in hypopituitarism

摘要 对8例正常人和6例腺垂体功能减退症患者进行13NNH3正电子断层(PET)显像,发现腺垂体功能减退症患者垂体显影延迟,影像缩小,垂体血流灌注减低,垂体组织摄取13NNH3减低,13NNH3PET显像对腺垂体功能减退症有诊断价值。 Dynamic ^(13)N-NH_3 positron emission tomography (PET) imaging was performed in 8 normal subjects and 6 cases of hypopituitarism. The pituitary images were small and delayed, and blood perfusion and radioactive uptake were decreased in hypopituitarism. ^(13)N-NH_3 PET imaging shows diagnostic value in hypopituitarism.
