摘要
本文对现阶段住宅质量投诉的不同情况进行了调查研究,提出建设单位、人民群众、中介机构、政府、法院在解决质量问题的投诉中都应发挥积极作用。
After surveys on the various complaints on the quality of residence, the author here suggests that the real estate developers, people, agents, authorities, law courts should plays active roles in the solution to such complaints.
