摘要
协同是企业获取竞争优势的主要源泉 ,在企业中开展协同电子商务有利于企业创建长期、持续的竞争优势。提出了协同电子商务的一种应用模式 ,对应用模式进行了全面的分析、设计 ,并对系统开发的关键实现技术进行了讨论。
Collaboration is the main headspring for enterprises to gain the competition predominance. Developing the collaborative electronic commerce among the enterprises will be propitious for enterprises to establish long-term and persistent competition predominance. It brings forward one kind of the collaborative electronic commerce application modes, fully analyzes, designs the mode and also discusses the pivotal technology in the system developing.
