摘要
本文从模糊集基本原理出发,提出用模糊模式识别对流态化形态进行判别.它不同于一般惯用的判别方法,表现在实验数据本身具有的模糊性和人们对流态化过程认识的模糊性。该法具有方便、灵活和实用等优点.由于它符合人们的习惯,更容易被接受.
This paper describes a method for determining the mode of fluidization by fuzzy pattern recognition using the basic theory of fuzzy sets. The method is different from the traditional pattern recognition methods in that the experiments provide fuzzy data and that people have fuzzy understanding of the fluidization process. The method is clear in concept and simple in algorithm, and is applicable to the recognition problem. Actually, the recognition may be made in terms of the set of parameters(ρ_s - ρ_g/ρ_g, L_(mf)/d_t, Re_(p,mf), Fr_(mf)) describled in this paper. Moreover, there are many factors which infuence the identification of the mode of fluidization in this process. For example, the fluidization mode is strongly affected by vessel internals. Using this method presented in this paper can avoid influences of such factors. A working example is elaborated to illustrate the basic concepts and the recognition process.
