含钴钛阳极的失效特点

摘要 含钴双层涂层钛阳极具有寿命值高、电流效率稳定期长等优点,本文考察了这种阳极的失效特点,用扫描电镜观察失效前后涂层表面形貌发现残余涂层有明显台阶存在,表明含钴钛阳极失效特征为涂层阶梯状的逐层剥离;电子探针成分分析显示失效后的涂层铱、钌元素残余量少,贵金属得到了充分的利用.这些实验结果在相当程度上解释了含钴钛阳极综合性能优越的原因. Double-layer titanium anode containing cobalt has advantages of long lifetime and stable current efficiency. In this paper the failure characten Sistics of this type of anode are studied. From observation of coated surtaces before and after tailure by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), terrace-shaped formation shows up on the top of the coating of failed anode. It suggests that the coating is pealed layer by layer. The electron probe composition analysis shows that ruthenium and iridium in the coating are more easily depleted. It indicates that the precious metals form highly active sites in this kind of anodes. These results explain the causes of excellent properties of titanium anode containing cobalt.
