摘要
采用发光细菌法对蔗渣浆OHMP漂白废水进行了毒性研究,实验结果表明,O段废水的EC50为330%,属于无毒级别;H段废水的EC为203.8%,属于无毒级别。整个漂白工艺过程排50放的毒性因子(TEF)为54.776TU·m3/t浆,其中O段废水的TEF为18.786TU·m3/t浆,占总量的34.3%,H段废水的TEF为35.99TU·m3/t浆,占总量的65.7%。蔗渣浆OHMP漂白工艺毒性排放当量相当于5.477gHgCl/t浆,毒性当量较小。
The toxicity of OHMP bleaching effluents is studied with photobacteria in this paper. The result shows that EC50 of O stage was 330%, belonging to innoxious level, and the EC50 of H stage was 203.8%, belonging to innoxious level. The results showed the toxicity effluent load (TEF) of the whole process was about 54.776TU·m3/t pulp, the toxicity emission load of O stage was 18.786 TU.m3/t pulp, about 34.3% of the total toxicity emission load and the toxicity emission load of H stage was 35.99TU.m3/t pulp, about 65.7% of the total toxicity emission load. The results showed that the toxicity of bleaching effluent of the OHMP bleaching process was equivalent to 5.477gHgCl2/t pulp.
