高温燃气粒子炉的流态化特性研究

摘要 以可燃气体为热源的高温粒子炉,是应用流态化技术对高速工具钢进行热处理的新型设备.除了对温度和温度均匀性的要求之外,高温炉还必须保证一定的气氛炭势,为此需要在惰性流化粒子中掺以适当比例的石墨粒子.本文分别对单一的空心氧化铝球和掺以其它粒子的混合物料进行了流化和分级持性研究,为实际粒子炉设计提供了依据. The high temperature heat-treatment fluidized bed with burning-gas is a new type of furnace for heat-treatment of high-speed steel. The uniformity of temperature and necessary carbon potential in the furnace,which are prerequi- sites for heat treatment,depends mainly on homogeneity of fluidization and mixing of particles in the bed. In the present work,the behaviour of fluidization with spheric alumina only and alumina-graphite mixture is investigated experimentally.Effects of distributor and burning-gas jet on fluidization uni- formity is determined.Mixing of two component particles is also measured and compared with the calculated results according to the available correlation.
