摘要
本文根据酸性溶液—汞(汞齐)体系中界面上的气泡行为及其对指示离子传质系数的影响结果,结合已导出的传质模型,比较与讨论了液—液界面上反应生成气泡与外界鼓入气泡对传质过程的作用特点与规律.结果表明,反应生成气泡的聚并与脱离界面能同时促进传质,而外界鼓入气泡只有当脱离界面时才促进传质,因此在同样的折气速度下,前者的传质系数较后者大.
Based on the observation of gas bubble behaviour at the interface of an acid solution-mercury (or amalgam) system and its effect on mass transfer coefficients of indicator ions, the characteristics of mass transfer enhanced by gas bubbles generated by a chemical reaction or sparged by a lance are analysed using the mass transfer model derived previously. It is found that the mass transfer enhancement by the coalescence and detachment of gas bubbles generated by chemical reactions is much stronger than that due to the detachment of gas bubbles sparged by a lance alone. The experimental results are well described by the model.
