摘要
本文利用恒电流阶跃的电化学方法研究了硫酸盐和氯化盐溶液中硫化镍的阳极溶解行为,考察了电解液组成、溶液pH、反应温度及电流密度对阳极溶解电位和电流效率的影响,讨论了盐酸盐和硫酸盐溶液中不同的阳极溶解机理,并探讨了周期反向电流在降低阳极溶解电位和总能耗上的作用.
The anodic dissolution behavior of nickel matte (Ni_3S_2) in sulfate and chloride solutions was investigated with a procedure of constant current chronopotentiometry. It was indicated that the anodic dissolution potential was dependent on the solution composition, current density and reaction temperature. The anodic current efficiency was determined by solution composition, anodic potential and solution pH. An anodic intermediate film formed during anodic dissolution in chloride solutions may result in elevation of the anodic potential. A technique of cyclic current reversal was applied on the anode and decreasing of anodic dissolution potential was resulted.
