以宁波—上海、南京进口原油管道工程项目中的镇海中转油库的泡沫消防工程的设计为例 ,总结了固定式泡沫灭火系统采用的主要型式 ,并指出了目前大型油库泡沫灭火系统的发展方向。针对水力驱动平衡压力式泡沫混合器装置 ,结合在工程实践中遇到的问题 ,对该装置的工作原理和功能特点进行了阐述。
