摘要
本研究测定了42个不同成份炉渣的发泡高度,对影响炉渣发泡的主要因素进行了分析,指出吹气流量增加,表面活性剂活度增加,FeO含量降低明显地提高炉渣的发泡性能,碱度对发泡高度的影响呈单峰线,峰顶处碱度为2,渣中配入炭粉会增进炉渣的发泡性能.在结果分析的基础上,对如何促进高功率电炉熔氧期炉渣发泡提出了建议.
Measurement of foam height was carried out on 42 kinds of slags with diverse compositions. Analysis and discussion were made to investigate the main factors having influence on the foaminess of slags. The results showed that improvement on the foaminess of slags can be obtained by (1) regulating the basicity of slags near 2; (2) increasing the flowrate of blowing gas; (3) decreasing the FeO content of slags at suitable intervals; (4) using slags of higher P_2O_5 content; and (5) addition of coal fines to the FeO containing slags. On the basis of these results, suggestions are presented to obtain a perfectly steady foaming slag in the UHP process. For melting processes of high phosphorous charge materials, it is suitable to dephosphorize the metal to the necessary level at lower temperature with basic oxidizing slag at first, and then to make a foaming slag to heat the metal to higher temperature. In case of low phosphorous charge materials, it is better to dephosphorize the metal with foaming slags.
