摘要 研究了不同烧结剂对氧化铝载体孔隙及物化性能的影响。结果表明,加入多种烧结剂均能改进载体的孔体积及孔径,但不同烧结剂烧结性能的差异导致载体的孔隙及物相结构有很大不同。烧结剂烧结能力太强,氧化铝容易发生相变,同时比表面积损失严重;烧结能力适中,则有利于载体孔体积和孔径的增加,而且载体的物相不会发生明显变化,同时适量的烧结剂可以明显降低载体的酸性,有利于提高相应催化剂的性能。 The effects of sintering additives on pore structure and physicochemical property of alumina carrier were studied. The results showed that the pore volume and pore size of carriers were all improved by adding various sintering additives, however, different sintering property of additives made the pore structure and physicochemical property of alumina carrier different. It was found that phase transition of the alumina was occurred when the sintering ability of the additive was too strong and the specific area of the alumina was seriously lost; moderate sintering ability of the additive favored the enlarging of pore volume and increasing of the pore diameter of alumina without obvious phase transition. Adding proper amount of sintering additive could also decline the acidity of the carrier, which was beneficial to improve the performance of the relevant catalyst.
