温度对抗环烷酸腐蚀缓蚀剂成膜行为的影响 被引量:6

摘要 在实验室考察了温度对主要用于高温下抑制高酸值原油的环烷酸腐蚀的油溶性TG400缓蚀剂(以硫醇基硫代磷酸酯为主要成分,与芳烃溶剂和有机硫化物复配而成),在20号碳钢表面成膜和对其缓蚀率的影响.试验结果表明,在230~290℃范围内,TG400缓蚀剂在金属表面以物理吸附、化学吸附、二次化学反应沉积及覆盖效应形成多层膜,吸附膜厚度和附着力随温度的升高而增加;对20号碳钢的缓蚀率可达90%以上,且随着温度的升高,缓蚀率逐渐增加. The high temperature effect of oil soluble TG400 film-forming inhibitor on 20# carbon steel for inhibiting the corrosion of high acid-number naphthenic acid was investigated in laboratory. The said inhibitor was consisted of thio-phosphonate as main component and complexed with aromatics solvent and organic sulfide. The test result showed that multi-layer film was formed on the metal surface by physical and chemical adsorption, secondary chemical reaction deposition and covering effect. At a temperature range of 230-290℃ the film thickness and adhesive force were increased with the raise of temperature. The inhibiting rate on 20# carbon steel was higher than 90%, and increased gradually with temperature raise.
