骨盆后环损伤内固定方法的选择(附38例报告)

Choice of Internal Fixation of Pelvic Posterior Ring Lesions (38 Case Reports)

目的 探讨如何选择合适的骨盆后环损伤内固定方法。方法 回顾性分析 38例骨盆后环损伤患者的治疗方法及临床结果。结果 31例获得随访 ,除 3例遗留会阴部的麻木和足下垂外 ,1例有骶髂部的慢性疼痛 ,1例有跛行 ,其余均恢复满意。结论 对于骨盆后环损伤 ,应根据骨盆骨折的类型、三种内固定技术的适用范围、患者的因素、手术者的经验、设备条件等具体情况 ,选择合适的内固定方法。

Objective To explore how to select the appropriate internal fixation of pelvic posterior ring lesions.Methods The treatment and clinical results of 38 cases of pelvic posterior ring lesions respectively were analyzed.Results Thirty one cases were followed up, except 3 cases had perineum numbness and foot drop, 1 case had chronic pain of sacroiliac, 1 case limp,the others gained a satisfactory results.Conclusion For pelvic posterior ring lesions,appropriate internal fixation methods may be select according to the type of fractures of the pelvis, applicability of 3 internal fixations, the factors of the patient,the experience of the doctor and the equipment.
