摘要
目的 探讨微小模型技术与高胰岛素正葡萄糖钳夹技术在正常人群中检测胰岛素敏感性的相关性。方法 对志愿者进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验,正常者入选并分别接受微小模型试验和高胰岛素正葡萄糖钳夹试验,两者相隔1周。计算两种方法所测定的胰岛素敏感性指数并进行相关性比较。结果 微小模型技术胰岛素敏感性指数为6.81±4.27,钳夹技术所计算的葡萄糖利用率为7.84±2.69,两者呈明显正相关(r=0.742,P<0.001)。结论 在正常人群中微小模型技术与正葡萄糖钳夹技术检测胰岛素敏感性存在极好的相关性。
Objective To explore the relationship between mini-model technique and hyperinsulin euglycemic clamp in evaluating insulin sensitivity in healthy population. Methods All subjects have OGTT at first. If they are normal, then mini-model and clamp tests are carried out with an interval of one week. Calculate and compare the index of insulin sensitivity. Results The index of insulin sensitivity in mini-model was 6.81 ±4.27, while in clamp was 7. 84 ±2. 69; the relationship was r = 0. 742 (P<0.001). Conclusion In normal population there is excellent relationship of insulin sensitivity index between mini-model and hyperinsulin euglycemic clamp.
