换热设备管板热应力的数值模拟及应用 被引量:7

摘要 利用有限单元法对换热设备管板由温度差引起的热应力进行了数值模拟。经分析计算表明 ,应用薄管板结构可有效地降低热应力 ,在温差载荷较大时 。 This paper presents the numerical simulation of thermal stress induced by temperature difference of the tube-sheet in heat transfer equipment by finite element method. The analysis and calculation results indicate that it is efficient to reduce thermal stress by applying thin tube sheet. When the temperature load is great, it is notable better using thin tube sheet than using thick tube sheet.
