摘要
研究了一种基于机器视觉的板栗实时分级系统。板栗由皮带输送到摄像区域 ,利用红外传感器的触发脉冲控制图像采集卡动态采集板栗图像。图像处理和模式识别结果用于控制电磁阀的开启 ,利用气流将板栗按照大小等级进行分类。
A new type of Chinese chestnut sorting system by machine vision was designed.CCD camera dynamically grabbed image of chestnut conveyed by belt through frame grabber, which triggered by infrared sensor.The processing result of image was used to control electromagnetic valves to classify chestnuts into various types.
