The importance of Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE) for developing housing design theory ——With the analysis of a case study of resident's satisfaction on dwelling units of housing region in Istanbul,Turkey

简要介绍了使用后评价(POE)的基本含义、国内外相关文献和基本理论框架,认为在我国住宅理论研究中应重视使用后评价(POE)研究。结合实例,分析了某居住单元平面满意度评价的研究过程,最后,提出了两点建议。

This paper introduces the meanings of Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE) briefly,including related literature and basic theory structure.The case study of resident's satisfaction on dwelling units of housing region in Istanbul,Turkey is also demonstrated.Some suggestions on POE in China are proposed.
