摘要
薄板坯连铸连轧技术使得小型钢厂有可能进入生产板带材的领域。第一 :它提供了用最经济的工艺提高扁平材比的途径 ;第二 :用高强度微合金化钢、多相钢和TRIP钢代替普通碳钢从而减轻构件重量 ,减少钢材消耗量 ;此外在电工钢生产方面它还有无可替代的优势。这使得世界范围内钢铁工业的前景发生不可逆转的变化 ,可以预料在联合钢厂和小型钢厂之间将展开一场激烈争夺市场的竞争。
Thin slab continuous casting and rolling results in mini-steelworks coming into producing strip steel. Frist,it provides most cheap process for enhancing ratio of strip steel. Second, it reduces weights of frame elements and wastages of steel by use HLSA, multi-phase and TRIP steel instead of common carbon steel. Moreover, it has unsubstituting advantages on production of electric sheet. So prospect of iron and steel industry will be irreversible changes, we can expect that there will have a intense competition for market between union steelworks on mini-steelworks.
