中国铝板带箔加工设备现状及发展方向 被引量:4

Present Status and Development Trend of Equipment for Fabricating FRPs of Aluminum in China

摘要 该文对中国铝、板、带、箔轧制的主导设备作了全面的介绍,并对其发展趋势作了展望。截止到2004年底,中国铝板带箔产能(预计)如下:扁锭生产能力850kt/a;双辊式铸轧机170台(其中引进13台);双辊式带坯生产能力1400kt/a,带坯热轧机16台,生产能力1050kt/a;双辊块片热轧机125台,生产能力650kt/a;现代化四辊与六辊冷轧机108台(含可轧单零箔的),生产能力2100kt/a;可轧单零箔的冷轧机46台,生产能力230kt/a;四辊铝箔轧机62台,生产能力240kt/a。在建的热轧生产线11条,生产能力2100kt/a;铝箔轧机22台,生产能力120kt a。 An overview of the present status and development trend of equipment for fabricating FRPs of aluminum in China is presented. Up to the end of 2004, the production capacities of slabs and roll-casting coils are predicted to be 850 kt/a and 1050 kt/a, respectively. Meantime, there will be already installed 170 roll-casters ( including 13 sets imported ), 16 sets of hot mills for rolling slabs with capacity totaling 1050 kt/a, 125 sets of pull-over hot mills with capacity totalling 650 kt/a, 108 sets of 4 high and 6 high cold mills ( including some mills able to roll down to 0.0X mm)with capacity totaling*'2100 kt/a.Cold mills able to roll down to 0.0X mm will total 46 with capacity totaling 230 kt/a. 4 high foil mills will total 62 with capacity up to 240 kt/a. Hot mills under construction will total 11 with capacity totaling 2100 kt/a. Foil mills under construction will amount to 22 with a total capacity equal to 120 kt/a.
