丁二烯萃取精馏塔操作参数离线调优 被引量:3

A Model for the Off-line Optimization of Operation Parameters for the Extractive Distillation Process of Butadiene

摘要 本文对DMF溶剂丁二烯萃取精馏塔C_4进料中的三个关键组分、27种不同配比,采用可变容差法优化计算出最佳决策变量(溶剂/C_4,返回汽/C_4,回流比和塔顶馏出液)。并将各优化操作参数运用三元拉格朗日插值公式进行关联,为现场生产提供C_4进料中的三个关键组分,在任意配比下确定最佳操作参数软件。优化结果与当前生产操作条件相比,可节省能耗5%~14%。 A new model of the optimum conditions for the extractive distillation column of butadiene by using DMF as solvent has been proposed in this paper. The optimum decision variables (solvent/C_4, recycle gas/C_4, Reflux ratio, distillates) have been obtained by flexible tolerance algorithm under 27 different burdens of three key components in the feed C_4。 The three-dimensional Lagrange interpolation polynomials have been respectively correlated with each. optimum operation parameters. The softwares of optimum operation conditions for arbitrary proportions of three key components in the feed C_4 have been provided for production Comparing with the primary producing conditions the results calculated using optimal model can save energy consumption about 5~14 percent.
