摘要
本文设计了四条路线试图对O,O-二烷基[α-(4-羟基苯基)-β-硝基]乙基膦酸酯(Ⅰ)进行磷酰化得到双磷酰化产物。发现这类化合物的芳氧基不能通过常用的方法进行磷酰化,只有在较低温度、弱碱性及4-N,N-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)存在下才能顺利进行,并探讨了反应机理。合成的新化合物均由 IR 和~1HNMR 表征,有些还得到了质谱或元素分析的确证。
Several new bisphosphorylation(phosphonylation) compounds have been prepared by phosphorylation of α-aryl-β-nitroethylphosphonates under the lower tempera-ture,weaker base condition and in the presence of DMAP.The catalytic mecha-nism of DMAP have been studied in detail.All new compounds have been chara-cterized by IR and HNMR,some of them were also confirmed by mass spectrum or elemental analysis.
