摘要
目的:针对颞下窝手术研究颞下窝的解剖结构及毗邻关系,为术中重要结构的处理提供解剖依据。方法:对20侧成人头部标本,红色乳胶灌注。采用巨—微解剖相结合的方法分层解剖,并对重要结构测量分析。结果:以翼外肌为参照,其浅深面均有丰富的静脉丛,颌内动脉多水平行走其浅面,下颌神经及分支多垂直行走其深面。颌内动脉翼肌段和翼静脉丛变异较大,下颌神经分支位置恒定。结论:熟悉颞下窝解剖及毗邻关系,术中认真处理,有助于减少术后并发症。
Objective: To provide anatomic evidences for the management of the critical structures in the operation of in fratemporal fossa. Methods: Ten adult cadaveric heads fixed with formalin and inserted with red latex were dissected and the critical structures of each level were measured and analized. Results: Contrast to the lateral pterygoid muscle, there exist the prominent venous plexus both deeply and superficially to it, the internal maxillary artery (IMA) which runs horizontally crosses superficially (more commonly) to it, and the branches of mandibular nerve (MN) which run vertially are mostly found deeply to it. The pterygoid segment of IMA and the venous plexus show the prominent variations, while the MN remains consistent. Conclusion: It is beneficial to decrease complication to be familiar with the anatomy of the infratemporal fossa.
