摘要
乳化剂、反应性单体、水性三聚氰胺树脂用量在水性丙烯酸氨基乳胶涂料中是影响外交链乳液聚合及漆膜稳定性的重要因素。通过研究,提高了质量,便之具有溶剂型涂料的性能,并大幅度缩短烘烤时间,降低能耗,减少污染,提高工效,且可在金属面上涂装。
The amount of emulsifier,reactive monomer and water-based melamine resin wasan important factor influencing external crosslinking emalsion polymerization and filmstability in the water-based aminoacrylic acid emulsified coating.Through study,its quality wasimproved,solvent coating properties were gainel res(?)ting in great reduction of baking time,decrease in energy cons(?)pmtion,less pollution,enhancement of productivity and decoiative aswell as painting use on metal.
